So I am slowly learning to open up about my story. It has honestly not been a very easy journey for me; taken me months to get to a stage, where I can talk about it. Showing vulnerability is not a sign of weakness, but an act of strength and courage.
So here goes.. one of the ways I have learnt; because in my journey as a Coach – I want to reach out to anyone out there who believes I can help in anyway possible!

Snehal, I am soooo proud of you for writing about your story. It’s very very real, honest, from the soul, “tell all”.
